How the system works
The functioning of the screening container is automatic. The screw conveyor starts up based on the prior installation. Level detection happens with ultrasonic level indication (option) and the ’FULL’ detection with inductive proximity sensor. The distribution screw is foreseen of several outlets that guarantee a complete filling of the container.
Fabrication
The unit exists of a waterproof sludgecontainer on which a screw conveyor is mounted.
