How the system works
The operation of the sand screw container is fully automatic. The start-up of this automatic operating screw container is coupled to the previous installation for rest material. The filling degree will be electronically marked with “FULL” and “FULL FULL” alarm status. Additional, an ultrasonic level detection is possible. The distribution screw is foreseen of Multi internal outlets that guarantee an optimal filling degree of the container. Thanks to the completely closed system, the odour nuisance is reduced to the minimum and rainwater has no access to the rest material which reduces the discharge costs.
Fabrication
The unit consists of a watertight motor-powered container wherein a distribution screw is mounted.
